Supported Files and Plan Update

Hello, it doesn't look like this supports m4a files. I can convert them to mp3 but was just wondering if that's a possibility to include those as well. Also, if I need to upgrade my plan, do I have to cancel my subscription then re-subscribe? Thanks!
